The activities of educational institutions are aimed at the development of a competitive personality with high resource potential, which is impossible without comprehensive and harmonious development of the students’ personality. This activity is concretized in the programs of education and upbringing, in the teacher’s activity. It is important to take into account the learning capabilities of students, their individual characteristics, educational and material, sanitary and hygienic features of the environment.
